Helper is provided as is
Helper is an academic study assistance tool provided "as is", without any warranty. University portal interfaces change without notice, and reading a worksheet or sending one may occasionally fail. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, grades or academic outcomes.
You choose, and you review everything before it is sent
In the app, you decide which worksheets Helper works on, and you are responsible for reading and approving every draft before it is sent to your portal. You must make sure your use of Helper fits your institution's academic integrity guidelines.
If you ask us on WhatsApp to do it for you
You can also message us your registration number and the units you want done. If you do, you authorise us to sign in to your portal with the details you send, fill those worksheets and send them on your behalf, without a review step. They are then yours, exactly as if you had sent them yourself, and the paragraph above applies to them. Send only your own details.
Only your own account
You may only connect your own SRM student credentials. Helper accesses your portal solely to read your worksheets and send answers you have approved. Using it to access anyone else's account is a violation of these terms and of university policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Helper to probe security vulnerabilities, disrupt university servers, or attempt unauthorized access to any system. Violations result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Payments and refunds
Packs are one-time charges and never auto-renew. See our refund policy for when and how money is returned.
