Helper runs in your browser and helps you with your coursework. This page explains how your data is handled and protected.
Your login credentials are encrypted
Helper encrypts your SRM portal login credentials using Fernet symmetric encryption. They are only used when Helper talks to your student portal for you: to read your courses and worksheet questions, and to send the answers you have approved. If you message us on WhatsApp and ask us to do worksheets for you, we use the details you send for that, and only for that. Nothing else.
Your documents
Your finished worksheets are saved to Google Drive in Helper's own storage, under your registration number. Your portal can only open a file through a link, so each file can be opened by anyone who holds its link. The links are long and unguessable, and are not published anywhere; we remove them when you delete your account.
Payments
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Your card numbers and UPI credentials never touch Helper's servers.
We never sell your data
Your name, registration number, coursework and answers are never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. Your academic data is yours.
Deleting your data
You can ask us at any time to delete your account. When we do, your stored login credentials and your documents are removed. See the contact page for how to reach us.
Analytics
We use minimal analytics (page views, not personal data) to understand which pages students use. No personal information is collected for this purpose.
