Helper packs are one-time charges. This page explains when money comes back to you and how long it takes.
There is no subscription to cancel
Every pack is a single charge. 1 Unit, 3 Units and Entire Course cover you until the end of the semester; All-Access covers you for 30 days from purchase. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. When a pack runs out, access simply stops. You will never be charged again automatically.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice, or if payment went through but your pack did not activate, email no-email-for-now@gmail.com with your Dodo Payments payment ID. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If Helper never worked for your account
If you paid for a pack and Helper could not handle any worksheet for your registered courses because of a technical issue on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
What is not refundable
Once Helper has drafted worksheets for you in your courses, that work is delivered and not refundable. Faculty evaluation and grades are entirely outside our control. See our terms of service for more detail.
